President and CEO
Thomas J. Hook holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Greatbatch Inc., Hook was President of CTI Solutions Group, and the General Manager of Functional and Molecular Imaging for General Electric Medical Systems. Earlier in his career he also worked for the Van Owen Group Acquisition Company and Duracell Inc.

Mauricio Arellano
Senior Vice President, CRM and Neuromodulation
As the Senior Vice President of CRM & Neuromodulation, Mauricio Arellano oversees the design, development and commercialization of technology and products sold to the major OEM's that enable a wide range of therapies from implantable medical devices. Prior to joining Greatbatch, Arellano held various operations and management positions at Tyco Healthcare and Sony. Arellano holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and currently serves as an advisory board member to the NUvention interdisciplinary program at Northwestern University.

Vice President, Europe
John Ayliffe brings his experience overseeing Precimed’s European activities to Greatbatch with his current role as Vice President of Europe. Prior to Precimed, Ayliffe held various orthopedics management positions throughout Europe including Zimmer. He holds a Masters in Business Administration.

Patrick Berdoz
Senior Vice President, Orthopedics
Patrick Berdoz is Senior Vice President of Orthopedics. He has extensive experience in the orthopedics industry and previously led Precimed, a company acquired by Greatbatch. Prior to Precimed, Berdoz was CEO of Viso Medical, an intravenous therapy company located in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Patrick received his MBA in Economics from ESCEA in Lausanne Switzerland

Patrick Berdoz is Senior Vice President of Orthopedics. He has extensive experience in the orthopedics industry and previously led Precimed, a company acquired by Greatbatch. Prior to Precimed, Berdoz was CEO of Viso Medical, an intravenous therapy company located in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Patrick received his MBA in Economics from ESCEA in Lausanne Switzerland

Susan M. Bratton is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Power. Bratton has held various positions during her time at Greatbatch including Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, General Manager of Electrochem and the Director of Procurement. She currently serves as a member of the R.I.T. Executive MBA Alumni Advisory Board.

Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain
As the Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Susan Campbell leads all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain across the Greatbatch organization. She has extensive experience in the Toyota Production System with a background in the automotive manufacturing environment within Delphi and General Motors. Campbell brings implementation and leadership experience in all aspects of world class manufacturing techniques including lean manufacturing, six sigma, continuous improvement, and team development. She has held several Plant Manager assignments in her twenty year career. Prior to this position, she led the Medical Power Group for Greatbatch.

Barbara M. Davis is our Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining our company, Davis was the Director, Human Resources at ACTS Testing Labs, Inc. She also brings prior experience in human resources from Calspan Corporation and McKesson. Davis is a graduate of the Leadership Buffalo program.

He founded Quan Emerteq in 1998, and has held numerous positions at that company, most recently Vice President of Business Development.

Mazza served as Vice President and Corporate Controller, Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President-Financial Systems and Vice President-Financial Planning and Analysis. Mazza is a Certified Public Accountant in NJ.

McEvoy received his Juris Doctorate degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
