 Features and Benefits

Feature Benefit
Multiple Voltage Options Can be tailored to the customer's needs.  Current offerings are 185, 205, 207, 215, 227, 235, and 360 volts.  255 and 390 volt capacitor technology is in development
Capacitance Specifically designed to customer needs
High Volumetric Energy Density High energy density means smaller capacitors and smaller devices
Little to no reform of the capacitor is required Increased device longevity or smaller battery. Little to no reform requirements means more of the stored energy of the battery can be used to deliver therapy to the patient
Custom Form Factors Can be designed in numerous geometries including flat prismatic and cylindrical
High Efficiency High efficiency means more of the battery energy is delivered to the patient.  Thus, for the same longevity, the battery can be smaller
DC Leakage Low DC Leakage (typically below 1 nA/μF*V) is an indicator of the quality of the dielectric.  DC Leakage is reflected in increased efficiency and higher delivered energies
