Manager, Associate Benefits

Requirements: • 4 Year Degree in related field, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in an Associate Benefit function including; design, implementation and administration with a major focus on 401(k).
• Health and Welfare plan design and management.
Specialized knowledge needed for performance of job:
• Outstanding organization and communication skills.
Special Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), ability to build and leverage relationships.
• Must be approachable and have a track record of creative and innovative program development and implementation.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must have ability to travel at least 15% of the time.
 
Description: Corporate HR is looking for a Manager, Associate Benefits whose primary purpose is to manage and administer Greatbatch's health and welfare benefit and retirement programs. Must have a strong ability to build relationships, deal comfortably with senior management and be able to craft approaches that can be effective and positive. This position must also ensure that the programs are of high quality, cost controlled, innovative, multi-faceted, legally compliant and are communicated and delivered effectively.
